Yes — if sellers choose to take advantage of our low commission fees, we do require an exclusive mandate for a period of three months.

This is because we invest heavily in each property we list, covering the costs of professional photography and premium advertising to ensure every listing meets our high-quality standards. These expenses are borne entirely by us, meaning sellers don’t have to carry that cost. In return, we respectfully ask for an exclusive mandate.

This approach allows us to continue offering sellers our exceptional service and super-low commission rates well into the future.

We offer everything a conventional agency does — including professional photography, advertising on all the top property portals, and having qualified, registered agents manage the entire process.

The only difference is that we don’t personally attend viewings. Instead, we schedule far more viewings each day across multiple properties, getting more potential buyers through each home. This often results in better exposure for our sellers and a quicker sale.

We have been operating this model for over 8 years , and the buyers we send to the properties are the same buyers that will enquire through an agent. Each buyer that comes through us we record all their details which is stored on a CRM system.

This way we can book more viewings each day for all our properties and doesn't restrict the agent in getting the viewings done. Which means our properties get more buyer exposure daily.

We also send the buyer and seller a proper viewing confirmation with the relevant date/time, and information regarding who is viewing the property. So any buyer that comes through us directly will be sufficiently vetted and considered safe.
